Kate Brostrom
Kate Brostrom joined Summit in January of 2008 to open our Coeur d’Alene office.
Kate brings over twenty-five years of experience in the title industry working in foreclosures, title, escrow, sales and 1031 exchanges. Kate has specialized in 1031 exchanges over the past 2 years and looks forward to helping investors in the Inland Northwest maximize the benefits of this powerful tax planning strategy.
Kate has lived in the Coeur d’Alene area for over fifteen years with her husband and three children. They enjoy spending time as a family in the natural beauty of Northern Idaho engaged in a number of activities including boating and fishing.
