Summit offers a whole range of 1031 programs for all types of professionals, and many are eligible for CE credit for Realtors, Title officers, CPAs and other professions. More information about Continuing Education credit below.
Open Enrollment Programs
As an alternative for smaller offices or individuals who may have missed a recent In-House course, we frequently schedule open enrollment sessions of our most popular courses. These are typically held at a public venue every few months in areas near one of our many locations. Please see Scheduled Classes to find an open enrollment class near you.
In-House Education
Our experts will come to your office and provide a class for your staff provided you have 5 or more participants. There is no cost to you within 200 miles of one of our office locations. If you are over 200 miles away, please call us for an estimate. All costs are negotiable. We have done classes as far away as Maryland and Massachusetts for only the cost of travel. All materials are included at no cost to you. See Class Descriptions for descriptions of some of our more popular programs or scroll down for information on how to design a custom program for your unique audience.
Custom Programs
Summit's CPA's and Attorneys will work with you to create custom courses addressing specific topics or interest areas for audiences such as Realtors®, investors, lenders, developers, CPA’s, attorneys, or financial planners. Contact us today to design a program perfect for your audience.
Continuing Education Credit
Our courses qualify for CE credit for Realtors in Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, California and Nevada. See individual class descriptions for more specifics. Other states may be approved for credit upon request. CPA’s, Financial Planners, Mortgage Brokers and other licensed professionals may also be able to apply for credit, depending on the rules and regulations set forth by specific licensing agencies. Contact your specific licensing agency for more information on course approval.
