Scott Adams, President of Summit 1031 Exchange, LLC in Kalispell, Montana has over 20 years business experience with an extensive background in creating and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Scott launched the Kalispell, Montana office in April of 2005 and quickly established Summit's standard of expertise, excellent customer service and professionalism.

Scott is a certified Continuing Education Instructor for The Montana Board of Realty Regulation and Insurance Commissioner. He has taught numerous classes in 1031 exchange procedures to Realtors, lenders, title companies and civic organizations. He is also an active member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA).

Scott graduated with honors from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management.

As an active real estate investor, Scott has a practical working knowledge of real estate transactions and an appreciation for the services of professionals in the real estate community.

Scott's personal interests include bicycling, cross-country skiing and fishing. He is a dedicated member of church and community and supports a wide array of educational and service related organizations.

Scott and his wife Janet are the proud parents of five adult children and an ever increasing number of grandchildren.
