Michael Herrick became the Partner and President of Summit’s newest branch in Bozeman, Montana in August 2007. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry to his role at Summit, primarily in the title insurance industry.

Upon graduating from California State University Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Mike began his career in the title industry eventually taking a position as Senior Vice President of the Commercial Division at Stewart Title in San Francisco, California. In 1993 he moved to Bozeman, Montana where he continued his career as the President and Owner of Allied Land Title.

In addition to his background in the title industry, Mike has amassed extensive management experience. Prior to joining Summit he was the President and Owner of The Herrick Company, a real estate development and investment firm. His knowledge of real estate transactions through both his work experience and personal investments is a valuable asset to Summit.

An avid outdoor enthusiast, Mike enjoys hunting, fly fishing, cycling, golf and skiing. He lives in Bozeman with his son, Regan.
